Product Description

PIR Foam Insulation Board consist of Polyisocyanurate(PIR) foam insulation, faced on both sides with 0.6mm fiberglass tissue or 0.06mm aluminium foil. The standard width of GFI PIR Insulation board is 1200mm or 600mm. The length can be customized. The insulation thickness and facing materials can be changed as per different application or project specifications.

Burning Comparison Test

The picture above shows the stateof the RLB-l polyurethane insulation fireproof composite board under the direct combustion of the1300 ºC flametorch for each periodof time. During the entire experi-ment, the RLB-I polyurethane insulation fireproof composite board did not burn through and did not drip water. Prevent flame spreadand heat conduction, no burning phenomenon.
